About Me
I am a registered dietitian specializing exclusively in the treatment of eating disorders and disordered eating. My work focuses on supporting individuals with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder and chronic dieting patterns. In addition to my private practice, I work in all levels of treatment for those struggling with both eating disorders and addiction at a local facility in Newport Beach.
I believe nutrition therapy should be collaborative, respectful, and grounded in both science and compassion. Many clients come to treatment feeling conflicted, overwhelmed, or unsure they “belong” in care. My role is not to judge or control, but to provide clear guidance, education, and support in a way that honors autonomy and promotes sustainable healing. There’s no “right” time to begin your journey to healing.

Meet Charlie
Charlie is a 2-year-old Aussie mix and an important part of the New Order Nutrition team. Her specialty is making people feel welcome, comfortable, and just a little more at ease.
Charlie is happiest when she’s touching someone — whether she’s curled up beside you, stretched across your lap, or peacefully falling asleep by your side. She loves saying hello to people and fellow dogs on her walks, and she never misses an opportunity to stick her head out the car window and enjoy the breeze.
At home, Charlie’s best friend is her sister, a cat, and the two are rarely far from one another.
As a grounding presence in the practice, Charlie brings a little lightness and joy to a setting where conversations can sometimes feel heavy. Her gentle, affectionate personality is a reminder that sometimes a wagging tail, a warm cuddle, and a moment of connection can make all the difference.
